These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all prize draws, raffles, and competitions (“Promotions”) run on rafflewinner.com (“Website”), owned and operated by WYOH Ltd, company registration number 12702526, registered in England and Wales.By entering a Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not participate.

1. 1. Eligibility

   • Promotions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
   • Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of WYOH Ltd, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible.
   • WYOH Ltd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity.

2. 2. How to Enter

   • To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available on rafflewinner.com.
   • Only one entry per person, per Promotion is allowed unless otherwise stated.
   • Multiple entries using the same email address, name, or postal address will be disqualified.
   • Duplicate entries from the same IP address will also be disqualified unless prior written consent is given by WYOH Ltd (e.g., multiple legitimate entries from a shared household).
   • All form submissions must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Entries containing false, misleading, or irrelevant information will be rejected.
   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. 3. Entry Period

   • Each Promotion will have a clearly stated opening date and closing date on the Website.
   • Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. 4. Winner Selection

   • A winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a fair and impartial selection process.
   • The draw will take place within 7 working days of the closing date.
   • WYOH Ltd’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. 5. Prize

   • The prize for each Promotion will be clearly described on the entry page.
   • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
   • WYOH Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. 6. Notification of Winners

   • Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry (usually by email or telephone).
   • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.

7. 7. Publicity

   • By entering, participants agree that their first name, first initial of surname, and location may be published on the Website and social media channels if they win.
   • Additional publicity may be requested, but consent will be sought beforehand.

8. 8. Data Protection

   • Personal information provided during entry will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   • Data will only be used for the administration of the Promotion unless you have consented to receive marketing communications.

9. 9. Liability

   WYOH Ltd accepts no responsibility for:

   • Lost, delayed, incomplete, or invalid entries
   • Technical issues affecting entry submission or winner notification
   • Any loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law

10. 10. Disqualification

    WYOH Ltd reserves the right to instantly disqualify any participant who:

    • Submits more than one entry per Promotion without authorisation
    • Uses multiple email addresses or aliases to gain an unfair advantage
    • Enters using duplicate IP addresses without valid justification
    • Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information in the entry form
    • Uses automated systems, scripts, bots, or other methods to submit entries
    • Breaches any of these Terms or attempts to interfere with the entry process

11. 11. Cancellation or Amendment

    • WYOH Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any Promotion if circumstances arise beyond our control.

12. 12. Governing Law

    • These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
